Family Psychiatry

Social Media & Marketing Manager / December 2025 – March 2026; Seattle, WA

  • Led communications and functionality of Family Psychiatry’s Instagram, Medium, and Squarespace pages.
  • Finalize bi-weekly online content for Family Psychiatry blog, ensuring content is edited for clarity, grammar, and accuracy. 
  • Built infrastructure for the developing Marketing Manager role, including a social media calendar and a digital Google workspace for  asset management. 
  • Coordinated advertisement opportunities and outreach with local PNW magazines.

UW Youth & Teens Program

Publication Design/Layout & Videographer / July – August 2025; Seattle, WA

  • Edited student (grades 4-5) creative work for spelling and grammar, formatted, and designed layout and typeface for the Young Writers Workshop Anthology publication.
  • Provided accessible language editing for writers whose first language is not English while preserving creative meaning. 
  • Contributed videos showcasing student work for the Youth & Teen Program’s family open mic events.

Castalia, University of Washington

Marketing Assistant / 2024 – 2025; Seattle, WA

  • Promoted UW Seattle MFA’s reading series, Castalia, through online promotion (Instagram, e-newsletters, online sites for literary organizations) and print distribution (flyers).
  • Designed posters and creative content through Procreate, in addition to on-site photography at events. 
  • Directed outreach to alumni, current UW MFA & PhD writers, and undergraduate students to line-up, volunteer work, and communications.
  • Collaborated with outside literary organizations, such as the UW Poetry Club, to coordinate special events.

  • Leveraging skills in creative strategy, content creation, leadership, and creative direction to collaborate with educators, local Seattle/Colorado events, and brands.

Cascade Writers

Content Creator & Webmaster / December 2025 – Present; Remote

  • Overhauled and managed WordPress site for Cascade Writers, a non-profit writing organization in Washington State that provides writing seminars and workshops. 
  • Curated, developed, and organized content for Cascade Writers’ social media and newsletters.
  • Designed graphics and posts using Procreate, Canva, and photography applications.
  • Conducted research into literary craft and history subjects to write creative content for online publication and/or public outreach.

Black Fox Literary Magazine

Poetry Reader & Blog Coordinator / July 2023 – February 2026; Remote

  • Evaluated 17+ poetry submissions each week for general publication and/or contests for Black Fox, a literary and art magazine hosting online workshops and courses. 
  • Coordinate with Editor-in-Chief and masthead to finalize accepted poems and review blog content.
  • Edited for compliance with the Chicago Manual of Style, formatted, and scheduled literary articles for Black Fox’s WordPress site, using WordPress website editors. 

Artemis Coffee Poetry Open Mic

Event Coordinator / August – October 2025; Seattle, WA

  • Established a reader sign-up system for Artemis Coffee Poetry Open Mic through Google Forms.
  • Communicated with volunteer organizers and Artemis Coffee staff to organize time/date of readings, line-up, and other promotional strategies for the Poetry Open Mic.
